General Fitness Related FAQ's

3 days a week program

We offer a full maintenance service and safety check. Upon our inspection, your equipment will be serviced, lubricated, and checked before being deemed safe to use. On completion, a Service Certificate will be issued. Ask us about the service plan we would recommend for your gym and fitness equipment. With access to a wide range of resources, we are able to offer a full repair service, whatever the problem is you are experiencing. If your fitness equipment needs any replacement parts – regardless of age – we will source any spares or parts required.

Open Gym Access

Everyone is a little different. Some of us feed off positive energy of workout partners to work harder, while some of us like to keep to ourselves. Group fitness has a lot of advantages, but some of us like to do our own thing. If you identify with the second category, no worries! We've got you covered - booking an Open Access slot allows you to use our partner gym's essential cardio and weight training facilities for the same duration as the class. If you want to get to your fitness goals your own way, we respect that!

Body Conditioning

The Body Conditioning class combines the calorie-burn and cardiovascular benefits of high-intensity aerobics, the muscle growth of conventional resistance training with weights and the core strength of working with a stability ball to provide a class that betters all of you - not just a few muscles.

With the world raving about the efficacy of Pilates, practitioners have continued to look for meaningful ways to improve the Pilates experience, and thus Reformer Pilates was born. With the added advantage of using the Reformer Pilates machine, you can now have a more intense workout and continue to add resistance when needed. You get the core strength benefits of Pilates while also working your peripheral muscles, which is great for rehab too!
